Twin cities ad agency Colle+McVoy, elegantly and kindly promotes bike friendlessness in new campaign for the state of Minnesota. I like the playfulness of this video and it’s everyday sense in each clip. The type is well regulated and their closing logo stays friendly and catchy.
The state generates over $1 billion in bike-related revenue, more than hunting and snowmobiling combined, says Eric Husband, creative director at Colle+McVoy, the Minneapolis ad agency behind Pedal Minnesota. The project goes far beyond just a video promo. Eight partners pitched in to pay for signage and a mobile friendly website to educated and aid all types of bikers. Both the physical signs and the site have vast resources ranging from group ride calendars to bike map and even practical info such as tune up guides.
