The team sold the concept of a dashboard view with dynamic states. We would surface the most relevant content to customers upon logging in.

The vision was set for the future and the Dashboard feature was approved and moved to high-fidelity design and development. It launched with twelve content states that were dictated by the user’s position in their product journey.
